“After years with an outdated phone system, Claudio and Stephen presented our hardware store with a new option that was modern, and easy for our staff of around 30 people to utilize. The features they provide allow us to easily communicate not only with our customers, but with each other as well. We previously had issues with directing a customer's call to the correct department, or even missing calls in general. We are now able to use prompts to sort through the call queue, and receive emails with transcribed messages if an associate is not available. Calls can also be forwarded to staff members' mobile devices for ease of use while on the go. Their team set up our installation process, and provided sufficient training videos to help get our phone system online quickly.
